The final has been played and the 2022 Matchplay trophy has been claimed! After a well fought match on 25th September at Worthing, Turkish and Colesy triumphed 4&3 over the two Jez’s. Well done chaps and we’ll present the cup at the End of Season Dinner on 12th November.

The Pair drawn first are the “home” team and will be responsible for offering dates for the match.

The Home team must provide at least 4 dates to play, including at least one weekend date and these dates must span a period of more than 14 days.

If none of the dates offered are acceptable, the players may agree a new date between themselves to play

If the new date cannot be mutually agreed before the deadline the home pair will go through to the next round, providing the correct choice of dates were offered

If there are any green fees to pay, the players will share the fees between them.

The competition will be a fourball betterball Matchplay format
Handicaps will be calculated by taking 90% TAGS handicap & after adjustment its the difference from the lowest handicap for shots given.
